We, Ing. Tomáš Škultéty and his coworkers
(“Škultéty” “we,” “our,” “us,” the “Company”), are committed to respecting your
privacy and the security of your personal information.
By visiting or using the www.miroslavaskultety.sk or any other site that is
owned or operated by us (each, a “Site,” and collectively, the “Sites”) or any
other linked pages, features, content, mobile applications, and any other
services we offer from time to time in connection with any of the foregoing,
you hereby acknowledge and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the
Terms of Use, of which this Privacy Policy is a part. If you have questions or

As you use our Sites, we want you to be clear on how we care about how your
personal information is used and shared, as well as the ways in which you can
protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains:

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any changes on
the Sites. If the changes are significant, then we will provide a more

becoming effective. Each time a user accesses the Sites, the current version of
the Privacy Policy applies.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US.
When you create an account; place an order; download any
free online product; inquire about our services; request emails from us about
our offerings; provide us with marketing preferences; follow us or submit
information, including photographs, via third-party social media platforms
(e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.); enter a contest or participate in a
marketing survey; and submit other information to us directly or through
third-party services, you are asked to provide personally identifiable
information (Personal Data) that uniquely identifies you.
We collect the following types of personally identifiable information: your
contact information (such as first name, last name, postal, email address,
phone number, cookies and usage data), name and email address of gift
certificate recipients, username and password, payment information such as
PayPal or credit card details, shipping information (including the shipping
address and phone number), purchase history at our Sites, shopping preferences
(such as an interest in a particular product category), demographic
information, information you provide by interacting with us through social
media, and photographs that you submit on our Sites.
Note that any personal information that you post voluntarily now or in the
future through the Sites or on an area of a social network monitored by us
(e.g., our Facebook page) may be visible to others and collected by
third-parties.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or
promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You
may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by
following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
Analytics. When you visit one of our Sites, we automatically collect the following types of information, some of which is anonymous: information about the devices you use to access the Internet (such as the IP address and the device, browser, and operating system type), URLs that refer you to our Sites and the dates and times of your visits, information on your shopping behaviour on our Sites (e.g., page views, paths you take
through our Sites, etc.), general geographic location information (e.g., country or city) that shows where you are when browsing our Sites, search terms that you enter to reach our Sites or enter on our Sites to find products, and the fact that you opened one of our emails. We utilize analytics services to help us track the efficacy of our Sites and help us learn more about our visitors’ shopping behaviour.
Social Media Features. Our Sites include social media
features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, the “share this”
widget, or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may
collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a
cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and
widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Sites.
Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of
the company providing it.
Cookies. We automatically collect aggregate anonymous
information through cookies. Cookies are small text files stored by your Web
browser on your computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to browse our
Sites. Cookies allow us to identify and authenticate visitors, track aggregate
behaviour, and enable important site features. We use both session ID cookies
and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your
browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period
of time. The persistent cookie maintains your login information so that your
cart and login remain available when you return to the site. Session cookies
are used to maintain your shopping state as you browse through the site. YouTube
uses cookies to help maintain the integrity of video statistics, prevent fraud
and to improve the site experience, among other things. We also contract with
analytics services and third-party advertising companies to collect similar

collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy
depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we
collect it.
We may process your Personal Data because:

· The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your
rights
· For payment processing purposes

RETENTION OF DATA
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the
purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data
to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if
we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve
disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is
generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used
to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or
we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not rent or sell personally identifiable information to others. We may
share information we collect with our business partners, advertising companies,

share email addresses with third parties for the purpose of sending their own

We contract with other companies to provide certain services, market
research; third-party advertising; and payment processing. These service

In the event of a sale of some or all of our business or assets, or a merger
with another business, or bankruptcy, we would share the pertinent customer
information (which may include your personal information) with the other
business entity (or entities) involved in the transaction by notifying you via

uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have
regarding your personal information.

APPLICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information
that we gather when you are accessing or using our Sites.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do
not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage, even if
you have accessed the websites or services of those companies through our
Sites. Links to third-party web sites are provided solely as a convenience to
you. Once you leave our Sites, we neither control nor have responsibility for
third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices.
Our Sites are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. If you are
under 13, please do not attempt to create an account or send any information
about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email
address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to us,
and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age
of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child
under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that

INFORMATION SECURITY
We work hard to protect us and our users from unauthorized access to or
unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. To
prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure
the appropriate use of information:

order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure

services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is
provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your
personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment
processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI
Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the
secure handling of payment information.
The payment processors we work with are: FAPI.
Updating Your Profile. You may update or correct your personally
identifiable information related to your account directly on the site or by contacting

Contests. From time to time, we may provide you the
